Hi! I'm Eugenia. Like so many women, I have a long history of eating disorders, binge eating and yo-yo dieting - more than 15 years, in fact.

 

But I've recovered, and that's unusual. Successful weight loss is still tragically rare, and there's a whole industry that preys on that with the latest quick-fix. What made me different? My background in psychology helped me understand what my mind was doing and why, so I could take control - not just for a few months of dieting, but for a lifetime of health.

 

Since my recovery, I've made it my mission and life purpose to support other women to regain their food and body freedom, to understand themselves and their triggers, and to grow healthier both physically and emotionally.

 

My personal experience and education means that I can go much deeper than others in my field. I work with some seriously powerful, transformative tools when I work with my clients: NLP, CBT, Mindfulness, EFT.

I am an Eating Psychology Coach with a BSc in Business Psychology, a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, and a public speaker. My major was coaching and personal development, specialising in NLP and CBT; I then furthered my education through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition, receiving a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching certificate where I was trained in more than 100 dietary theories.
